I met a woman in the most random of circumstances a few months ago. But that random day initiated an unexpected domino effect. We were referred to Gina by one of my best friends. We had a hard task for her- find a house in Virginia while we live in South Carolina. Gina asked us what we were looking for, where were we looking for it, and took us through the steps of getting approved for a loan to begin our search. She had all the steps outlined for us in a detailed power point. She was always available to be contacted and even video toured houses for us to view out of state.
